    The Greenway Trail is in fair spring  condition.   There are a couple of small pine down in the middle that will be removed eventually.  Generally the trail is drying out quite nicely. Please report any additional windfalls that require removal.

    The Back Country Horsemen of BC, Prince George Chapter, have joined the Greenway Society.  The organization has been active in the Province since about 1989 with over 900 members in 22 regional chapters.

    The activities are mainly in three categories – riding, education, and trail work. All are social activities, with having fun safely as a priority.  Chapters have meetings almost every month, and a few other gatherings as well. Members of the  local chapter are busy exploring options for new horse access to the Greenway at the northern end, more details to follow.
